The firm's principals, Michael Vinocur and Michael Abate, bring a unique combination of design, construction, and management skills to make renovations and construction projects as painless as possible for their clients.

Abate boasts more than 30 years of contracting experience in both commercial and residential design and construction. Vinocur brings several years of real estate and construction management to the team and holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
